Locations: ZOOM and Denver, CO
Speakers: Pastor AJ Blackwood and Rev Angela

As we celebrate Pride Month, we honor the beauty courage and intersectionality of BIPOCness and of queerness in our lives, identities, and communities. This service lifts up the sacred power of authenticity and reminds us that diversity is not a problem to solve but a blessing to celebrate.
Together, we affirm that love, gender, and identity are far more expansive and beautiful than the world often allows. Pride calls us not only to celebration, but to the ongoing work of justice, liberation, and belonging for all people.
Our 3rd Sunday Community Celebration, is a time to be spiritually rejuvenated and renewed in the midst of the month led by Pastor AJ Blackwood. We will offer BIPOC centered and led inspiration, reflection, and a deep sense of connection. Through music, word, and shared wisdom, we will gather to nourish our spirits and strengthen our commitment to racial justice and collective liberation.
Our Common Table
If you are joining us in-person in Denver, we invite you to our monthly Our Common Table Potluck and Arts and Crafts time together before our Community Celebration. This is more than a meal, It’s an act of spiritual ingathering, celebration, and radical hospitality. In addition to this nourishing our bodies we will nourish our souls with time for fellowship and arts & crafts. Bring what you can and receive what you will, a favorite dish or desert, as well as a story, and your imagination, all are welcome at our table.
Following the service, all are invited to stay for The Mountain Top UU and UUs for Racial Justice caucus conversations, providing space for deeper dialogue, shared learning, and community building.
What to bring with you:
– An Open Heart
– In Denver: Your favorite dish to share (if you can)
– Breathing Buddy: a small plush animal or toy to help us connect to our inner-softness during our meditation time together. (If don’t have one, some are provided for in-person friends).
Come as you are your voice, your presence, and your spirit are needed and welcome.
